1. Purpose

This policy governs your use of The VA Hub’s websites and services. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or hacking.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Manipulate or overload automated systems, including chatbots.
• Collect or harvest data without authorization.

3. Chatbot Misuse

Users may not exploit or manipulate automated systems for phishing, data scraping, or impersonation. Abusive behavior towards chatbots or support agents will result in restriction or suspension.

4. Enforcement

The VA Hub reserves the right to investigate, restrict, or terminate access to users violating this policy and cooperate with law enforcement where applicable.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of changes.
